Just In: House Will Hold FBI ‘In Contempt of Congress’ For Mueller Cover-Up

Devin Nunes, the House Intelligence Committee chairman, has instructed his committee to cite the FBI in contempt of Congress.

The move comes after the FBI did refuse to turn over documents that explained why agent Peter Strzok was suddenly removed from Robert Mueller’s Russia probe.

Turns out, Strzok was removed after a history of his anti-Trump/pro-Hillary text messages were discovered.

From Breitbart

Byron York of the Washington Examiner reported Saturday that the committee had subpoenaed the FBI in August for information about why Strzok was dropped from Mueller’s team. Over the next three months, the FBI repeatedly refused to turn over the requested information. Nunes met and spoke to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, York reported, to no avail. Nunes and the committee continued to pursue the matter right up through Friday, Dec. 1.

The following day, the New York Times and the Washington Post reported that Strzok had been kicked off Mueller’s team because of anti-Trump text messages that he was found to have exchanged with FBI lawyer Lisa Page during the 2016 presidential election. Strzok had also worked on the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s storage of emails, including classified information, on an illicit private server. She was not prosecuted.

In addition, Strzok and Page were found to have carried on an extramarital affair. Page worked for FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who conservatives have long complained had a conflict of interest because his wife received campaign funding from Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, a close ally of the Clintons for decades.

The revelation of Strzok’s removal, and the reasons for it are a huge blow to the credibility of Mueller’s inquiry, which critics have long claimed is riddled with partisan conflicts of interest. Some of the lawyers working for Mueller had donated to Hillary Clinton, and one had even done work for the Clinton Foundation, which was a target of the Trump campaign during the election (and may have been under investigation by the FBI as well).

Nunes and the committee had known about Strzok’s removal for months, but not the reasons for it, which were only revealed on Saturday in what York suggested was an “orchestrated leak” to the Times and the Post. In a furious statement on Saturday, Nunes accused the FBI of deliberately covering up political bias on the Mueller team.

“By hiding from Congress, and from the American people, documented political bias by a key FBI head investigator for both the Russia collusion probe and the Clinton email investigation, the FBI and DOJ engaged in a willful attempt to thwart Congress’ constitutional oversight responsibility,” Nunes said, as quoted by York.

Nunes has reportedly promised to take action on the citation for contempt if the FBI does not come clean by the end of December. He will likely have the backing of Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI), who has also complained about the FBI’s apparent refusal to turn over information to the committee, especially on the degree to which it relied on the discredited “Russia dossier” that was paid for by Clinton and the Democratic National Committee.

Earlier this year, Nunes stepped back from direct involvement in the committee’s Russia investigation after questions about his role in exposing the “unmasking” of U.S. citizens in intelligence reports during the last days of the Obama administration. Democrats have stalled an ethics investigation into Nunes to keep him from resuming his role in a full capacity. However, Nunes has not given up his chairmanship and still wields the subpoena power.

During the Obama administration, Attorney General Eric Holder was found in contempt of Congress for failing to turn over documents on Operation Fast and Furious, which caused the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

ALERT: Rand Paul Issues Shock Mueller Announcement, No One Expected This

President Donald Trump has been the subject of “Russian collusion” allegations from the Left since before election day last year. Despite over a year of scrutiny and the vast resources given to Special Counsel Robert Mueller, no evidence of collusion has surfaced.

Lawmakers, as well as the American people themselves, are growing impatient with the ongoing Russia investigations, which draw attention away from the efforts to pass policy that would be beneficial to the American people. As seen on Fox News, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) called the Russia collusion probe a “witch hunt” that Democrats want to use to avoid acknowledging the “poor candidacy” of Hillary Clinton.

Sen. Paul was asked if he believes the Mueller investigation is getting in the way of legislative activity on Capitol Hill. The conservative icon then delved into a critique of the office of the Special Counsel itself.

“I think what you’re seeing is exactly why special prosecutor is a bad idea,” Sen. Paul said. “You know, they’re not doing anything with Russia. They’re trying to look at people’s taxes from a long time ago that have nothing to do with President Trump.”

For the Kentucky Senator, the issue with the Special Counsel is how easily it veers from its stated purpose into tangent investigations and indictments–all of which consume vast amounts of public money and resources.

“Their mission was to look at Russian collusion and now we’re looking at people’s tax returns,” Sen. Paul continued. “So really, this is a problem of special prosecutors. You give them millions of dollars, unlimited sort of ability to go after anything, and you’ll find that people are going to be prosecuted for stuff that has nothing to do with the original mandate of the prosecutor.”

Then the Senator addressed the question of whether the continued Russia story is interfering with Congress’s ability to focus on its legislative agenda. After nearly a year since the 2016 election, the Republican-majority Congress has been unable to make good on key campaign promises like repealing Obamacare, strengthening the border, and passing tax reform.

“I think it’s a distraction” Senator Paul asserted. “And I think the thing is that, you know, Democrats would have their way. And Hillary Clinton, they want to blame Russia for her failings as a candidate, for being a bad candidate. They will drag this on forever.

“What I’ve said is: investigate it. If there’s anything — good. But let’s find out and let’s bring it forward,” he continued. “But if not, let’s get it done with. Because the bottom line is we know Russia tries to influence our election. We also try to influence other countries’ elections. Everybody that can spy does spy. We should protect ourselves, but I don’t think President Trump had anything to do with … Russia.”

Sen. Rand Paul claimed that Democrats are on a witch hunt with the Mueller investigation. Is the investigation going how Democrats planned?

Another $84K Sexual Harassment Settlement Paid With Taxpayer Funds, Lawmaker Behind Transaction Revealed

Allegations have surfaced that indicate that Rep. Blake Farenthold has used taxpayer funds to settle sexual harassment claims brought on by his former spokesman.

Lauren Greene, the Texas Republican’s former communications director, sued Farenthold in December 2014 over allegations of gender discrimination, sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

GREENE SAID ANOTHER FEMALE FARENTHOLD AIDE TOLD HER THE LAWMAKER HAD TOLD HER THAT HE HAD “SEXUAL FANTASIES” AND “WET DREAMS” ABOUT GREENE. SHE ALSO CLAIMED THAT FARENTHOLD “REGULARLY DRANK TO EXCESS” AND TOLD HER IN FEBRUARY 2014 THAT HE WAS “ESTRANGED FROM HIS WIFE AND HAD NOT HAD SEX WITH HER IN YEARS.”

When Greene complained about comments made about her, she was promptly fired. She filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia, but the case was later dropped after both parties reached a private settlement.

No details about the settlement were ever released to the public.

House Administration Committee Chairman Gregg Harper (R-Miss.) told GOP lawmakers on Friday morning in a closed door meeting that only one House office had used the Office of Compliance account to settle a sexual harassment complaint. Harper said in that one instance, the settlement totaled $84,000.

Farenhold released a statement in which he neither confirmed or denied that he was responsible for the $84,000 payout.

“WHILE I 100% SUPPORT MORE TRANSPARENCY WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS AGAINST MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, I CAN NEITHER CONFIRM NOR DENY THAT SETTLEMENT INVOLVED MY OFFICE AS THE CONGRESSIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY ACT PROHIBITS ME FROM ANSWERING THAT QUESTION,” FARENTHOLD SAID IN A STATEMENT.

Greene’s lawyer and Farenthold released a joint statement on the issue exclusively to POLITICO, in which they confirmed they reached a private settlement to save taxpayer dollars.

“[A]FTER IT BECAME CLEAR THAT FURTHER LITIGATING THIS CASE WOULD COME AT GREAT EXPENSE TO ALL INVOLVED — INCLUDING THE TAXPAYERS — THE PARTIES ENGAGED IN MEDIATION WITH A COURT-APPOINTED MEDIATOR,” THE STATEMENT READ. “AFTER EXTENSIVE DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION, THE PARTIES JOINTLY AGREED TO ACCEPT THE SOLUTION PROPOSED BY THE MEDIATOR.”

The statement added: “The parties believe that the mediator’s solution saves the parties, and the taxpayers, significant sums that would be expended in further discovery and/or trial.”

Top Senator Republican Catches ‘One Of The Largest Money Laundering’ Political Machines In US History!

To quote Senator Tom Cotton, there is a certain regime known as “one of the largest money laundering and influence peddling operations in the world.”

What is this organization, that has the ability to funnel cash from sources of ill repute and turn them into magical dollars and cents?

The Clinton Foundation has provided two decades of scandals and illegal acts that would have put ordinary Americans in prison that learning of another seems almost routine. In other words, if Bill or Hillary are involved, there’s bound to be some connection to something that’s unethical if not illegal. Perhaps they, too, are so used to operating in this manner without legal consequences that they really have gotten to the point where they actually don’t see anything wrong with what they are doing anymore.

The United States and its institutions have been victims of their deceit. It’s difficult to respect a department called “Justice” when none is administered to some the most consistent law-breakers in recent memory. And the most damaging acts yet done by this couple are to follow.

Will they at some point face justice here before it is administered in the hereafter? That’s impossible to say, although perhaps the people of American just administered a bit of justice when they rejected Hillary’s presidential bid. Nevertheless, we must continue to point out their alleged crimes in the hope that somehow they will be called to account for what they have done to this country. And so we’ll do that once again.

Her scandals go all the way back to Little Rock, Arkansas and even further than that. The Clintons’ cozy relationship with the Chinese started with a Chinese fry cook at the Fu Lin Chinese Restaurant… he would be the one that would go on to help them receive hundreds of thousands of illegal ‘donations’ from China. And we all remember the Clintons selling national secrets to the Chinese in the 1990s.

Continuing: “According to presidential historian and New York Times bestselling author Doug Wead, Hillary’s scathing defeat was unsurprising and a direct result of the scandals, lies and cover-ups that have followed her and her husband for decades. ‘The idea that the Clintons’ scandals would somehow be dismissed by history upon the election of Hillary as president was always a fool’s wish,’ Wead writes in his compelling new book, Game of Thorns: The Inside Story of Hillary Clinton’s Failed Campaign and Donald Trump’s Winning Strategy.”

So perhaps the wheels of justice are just turning extremely slowly in the Clintons’ case. Neither are in any political position anymore from which they can trade favors for cash. And paying hush money for all the stunts they’ve pulled over the decades might be enough to stretch even the budget of George Soros.

Going back to Doug Wead’s book, “Wead also writes that while Hillary accused President Donald Trump of being ‘cozy’ with Putin, …  she had an interesting relationship with the Russians herself. ‘Clinton encouraged American tech companies to help fund Skolkovo, the Russian version of Silicon Valley’, Wead explains. In return, Skolkovo raised millions for the Clinton Foundation.”

Image result for hillary and putin

Wead also covers scandals that we’ve long been familiar with. “In his new book, presidential historian Doug Wead, details the ‘scale of corruption’, including how the Clintons ‘sold sleepovers’ in the Lincoln Bedroom at the White House … for up to $400,000.”

Does momentum apply to judicial actions? In other words, if a real, unshackled federal investigation were to begin into all the alleged crimes of the Clintons, would the thing take on a life of its own, ending only when both were convicted of crimes almost too numerous to count? It would be interesting to find out.

Dеm Тrеаѕon Ѕcandаl Diѕсovеrеd – Еntirе Раrty Оn Vеrgе Оf Сollаpѕe

The corrupt media is attempting to cover-up one of the biggest scandals in American history to help protect their friends in the Democrat Party.

Former chair of the Democrat National Committee, Debbie Wasser Schultz (D-FL), should be in hot water after her IT staffer was caught wiring $300,000 in ill-gotten gains to his home country of Pakistan before attempting to flee the country, according to The Daily Caller.

The enormous scandal would typically be too big for the media to ignore, however, since it hurts Democrats it is not worthy of mainstream attention.

Instead, President Trump’s tweets and staffing changes in the Oval Office have dominated headlines as the media tries desperately to cover for the “man behind the curtain.”

When the press does comment on the major scandal, they reliably down play the close relationship between Democrats and the Pakistani fraudsters.

Imran Awan, a Pakistani national and former IT staffer for Wasserman Schultz–and other Democrats, was arrested late last month attempting to flee the country heading for Pakistan.

Imran has been under FBI investigation for months over alleged bank and mortgage fraud. Imran’s wife was able to escape the country weeks before her husband with the help of Wasserman Schultz.

In February, Capitol police rescinded Imran’s access to House computers over concerns that he was stealing classified information and was sending it to an unknown source.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz continued to employ the IT staffer despite his lack of access to any IT. Many are assuming that Wasserman Schultz has been blackmailed by Imran since he has access to all of her passwords and data.

Wasserman Schultz’s office only fired Imran after he was arrested. They knew he was traveling to Pakistan for at least six months and would be unable to perform his duties. Yet, the Florida congresswomen was planning to pay his salary despite his complete lack of access and authorization.

Something big is going down in the Democrat Party, and the mainstream media is completely covering for their close friends.

Any reports about Imran are focused on Islamophobia; accusing publications like this of racism for reporting on one of the largest scandals in modern politics.

Do you think the mainstream media is in bed with the Democrats? Please share the story and tell us what you think because we want to hear YOUR voice!

Fоx hоѕt Lоu Dоbbѕ ѕаyе U.Ѕ. Маrѕhаlѕ Ѕhоuld hаul Оbаmа bасk tо Аmеriса

On Friday, Lou Dobbs, host of the Fox Business program Lou Dobbs Tonight, came to the defense of President Donald Trump over a veiled attack on him by former President Barack Obama.

After Obama sniped at Trump for his Twitter habits at a forum in India last week, Dobbs joked that Obama should be brought back by the U.S. Marshals. “Isn’t there some law that says presidents shouldn’t be attacking sitting presidents?” he asked.

Insults from Abroad

Just weeks after Trump arrived back in the United States from a tour in Asia, Obama embarked on his own tour. At a leadership forum in New Delhi on Friday, Obama made comments ostensibly aimed at his successor.

During the forum, Obama was asked to respond to critical statements his wife, former first lady Michelle Obama, made Tuesday during a speech in Toronto. Michelle Obama had said it is not a good idea to “tweet from bed,” a shot aimed at Trump’s habitual morning tweets.

The former-President seconded his wife’s criticism. “Michelle was giving the general idea … don’t say the first thing that pops in your head. Have a little bit of an edit function,” he said.

“Think before you speak, think before you tweet,” Obama instructed, before going on to boast about having 100 million followers. “I actually have more than other people who use it more often.”

Trump has roughly 44 million followers on Twitter; nearly half of the 97.5 million Obama took over eight years to accrue, while Trump has held the same office for just over one year.

Dobbs has no more patience for the Obamas’ condescension — and worse, their habit of traveling the world taking pot shots at the current U.S. president. “I think U.S. Marshals should follow him, and any time he wants to go follow the president like he is, and behave — I mean, this is just bad manners. It’s boorish, it’s absurd, he doesn’t realize how foolish he looks,” Dobbs told his guest, Forbes Media Chairman Steve Forbes.

Dobbs went on, “I mean, he should be brought back by the Marshals. Isn’t there some law that says presidents shouldn’t be attacking sitting presidents?” Forbes responded, “There’s an unwritten one, sort of a Logan Act for ex-presidents,” but clarified that it was not enforceable.

A critical opponent of Obama’s perceived globalist policies, Dobbs added, “He calls it destructive populism, I guess he prefers destructive elitism. At least the people get a voice now.”

Obama Breaks With Predecessor
Obama has broken with contemporary standards set by his predecessor former President George W. Bush. Bush once said regarding the abstention from criticizing a sitting President, “It’s a hard job. He’s got plenty on his agenda. It’s difficult. A former president doesn’t need to make it any harder.”

Unlike his predecessor, Obama has publicly slammed Trump for an array of decisions, including his decision to end the Deferred Action Against Childhood Arrivals program. But Obama’s divisive commentary is the last thing we need at a time when U.S. citizens more than ever should be brought together, not driven apart.

While the Obama administration was still in charge, they ignored Christmas as much as possible and still claimed to be a Christian family. However, now that Donald Trump is in office, Christmas is about to be brought back in a huge way.

According to the Gateway Pundit, Melania Trump just released a video of the White House Christmas decorations and everyone noticed that she made sure to include a Nativity scene.

It is a big deal, since the Obamas infamously did not include such thing while they were at the White House until their final Christmas there last year.

The Trumps removed the Mao Tse-Tung ornaments as well, the ones that Obamas put up. Mao was a mass murderer and the Communist dictator of China. It is so offensive that Obama would pay tribute to him in the White House.

“We’re so close to the wonderful Christmas season that almost no one talks about anymore. They don’t even use the word Christmas because they find it politically incorrect,” said the president during a last month’s speech.

“When you go to department stores, you’ll hear ‘Happy New Year,’ or some ther things and it’ll be red. They’ll have it painted. But we are saying Merry Christmas again.”

SHARE this everywhere if you are beyond glad that our president is bringing Christmas back!

BREAKING: First NFL Team Declares Bankruptcy Over Kneeling Thugs

The Jacksonville Jaguars are quietly maneuvering behind the scenes to file a Chapter 11 reorganization of debt bankruptcy in the 3rd District Court of Atlanta next week. The team, already in a market saturated with Dolphins, Bucs and Falcons fans, made the unfortunate mistake of drafting developing and hiring almost exclusively black players, leaving them vulnerable to the latest round of “we’ve been treated unfairly” protests from millionaires.

This particular protest, unfortunately, happened on national TV and pissed off every God-fearing, country-loving American who has either had the honor to serve or know someone who did. They might as well have wiped their proverbial asses with the American flag.

last week, 31 of the 42 men on the Jacksonville roster took a knee during the national anthem. The coaches just stopped paying attention and went on with their game planning while the few patriots who braved the picket lines to make sure someone was there to respect the flag and our veterans stood and sang the song with pride.

Jacksonville is a dead stick. It’s been obvious for several years now that an expansion franchise there was a bad idea. The front office isn’t responding to comment but an insider tells us that the reorganization will allow the team to stay above water while they pitch a move to the now-empty St. Louis market.

What they don’t understand is that their market isn’t the main problem. They could survive as another Cardinals or expansion Browns team if they didn’t have the issue with the players. Our insider tells us that’s being taken care of as well. The selling power of the team is the organization and equipment. Salaries won’t be covered in the bankruptcy. After this season as many as 24 players will be on their own.

BREAKING: Nancy Pelosi To Resign After New Revelations

Insiders in Senate Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s office tell the Army Times that there might be an open spot “as early as next week” following the bombshell allegations leveled at Pelosi this past week.

While the mainstream media continues to ignore Pelosi’s scandals, Breitbart reported on Thursday that “at least five men and one woman have complained about Pelosi making unwanted advances in the past, but it always got swept under the rug.”

According to the publication, two sources have confirmed that they were “incentivized” to transfer out of her office — one with a promotion and one with a lump sum cash payment of $15,000.

According to insiders, Pelosi “has determined that she has no choice but to step down, though she wholeheartedly denies the allegations.”

Three of Pelosi’s accusers, all male, are former interns and pages, while the others worked as a clerical aide and a member of the cleaning staff..

Pelosi has been attacking Roy Moore lately for his alleged consensual affair with a young woman, but was simply her covering up her own misdeeds with fake outrage.

It’s time for that old bat to retire anyway, but it’s good to see her go sooner rather than later. Now it’s time for a Republican to take her seat.
